Adiraju Raghu Ram holds a Post-Graduate degree in Commerce from Osmania University. Prior to Mind Beans, Raghu was associated with Tata Group for about 23 years. Has handled Planning & Implementation, worked across verticals including Corporate Technology, IT, Customer service & Marketing. He is a Certified Yoga instructor from Government of India, and a Certified Yoga Teacher from Hyderabad's prestigious Gandhi Gyan Mandir. Raghu is an Art of Living International volunteer which is the largest NGO in the world and also serves in AOL as a Happiness Faculty. He is also associated with Help The Blind Foundation (HTBF), the largest visually impaired supporting NGO in India. Raghu has also served as CSR Lead while working with the Tata Group for AP and Telangana for over 5+ years which also included working closely with various Schools. He is a Certified HAM with license as VU3IAS obtained from The Ministry of Communications Govt of India. He has also been a mentor for few individuals and organizations which include Vizard Pvt Limited which is ranked as one of the top CA coaching institutes of India, Kavanent Health Care services and solution provider, Kehan Solar.

Rajendra Kumar has a Post-Graduate degree in Public & Personnel Management from Osmania University. Has extensive experience of working in areas of Network, IT, Customer Service. He is known to have an eye for detail, has received top management recognitions for many out-of-the-box solutions resulting in process enhancements, revenue generation and optimizations. He also trained students in various Academic institutions. Rajendra has worked for Idea, Tata-Teleservices Ltd, helps Amazon with recruitment and on-boarding processes.

Munish is a fascinating individual with an extensive professional experience in the field of Customer Service, Marketing, Strategy, and Brand building. He is a popular Life Skill trainer with over two decades of training experience across corporate, private, public service, start-ups and proprietary firms in India, New Zealand, and Australia. He donned several hats as a Model, entrepreneur and mentor, consultant for various firms. He worked with the Department of Prisons in New Zealand and also trained Telangana Police personnel including commandos.

Dr. Kishore Puppala, MBBS, MRCPCH is a Consultant Paediatric Intensivist at Paediatric General and Cardiac Intensive Care, UK. Dr. Kishore holds CCT and Fellowship at Paediatric General and Cardiac Intensive Care. He has served various children’s hospitals in Birmingham, London, Manchester,Liverpool,Christchurnch, Auckland. he has also worked with the reputed Guy’s and St. Thomas Hospital NHS foundation trust, London. He is a Clinical Lead for Mortality, Organ Donation, and ECMO Anti-coagulation. He serves at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital at Liverpool, UK. Prior to that, he worked at Starship Children’s Hospital at New Zealand. Besides being a medical practitioner, Kishore is an excellent cricketer. As a volunteer, he is associated with various charitable organizations in the UK and India.
